Frequently Asked Questions

Hours: THU 7pm-11pm // FRI 7pm-12am (or later) // SAT 7pm-12am (or later). In order to accommodate touring bands, we might be open on other days of the week as well. Check out the calendar for updates.

What kind of events/music do you host?

We mainly book punk, thrash, hardcore, metal, indie and folk/acoustic shows. Before contacting us, please note that your band does not have any racist, sexist, homophobic or xenophobic lyrics or agendas. We aim to provide an inclusive space for all, where everyone, regardless of their age, sex, race, gender or sexual orientation can feel safe and accepted. Bigotry will absolutely not be tolerated here. 

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! We are all ages. You can bring anyone and everyone. We also offer free ear plugs…and if you’re worried about someone saying, “If it’s too loud, you’re too old!”, let us know, and we’ll hand ’em to ya discreetly! We highly encourage you to bring larger appropriate headphones for younger children. 

How do I book my wicked awesome band there?

Where do I park?

All available parking is on the street on CallowAve. Please DO NOT park behind the building or in any of our neighbor’s parking lots. They have the tow trucks on speed dial.

Are outside food/drinks allowed?

Yes. However, NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL is allowed! We have a full bar, and if you have a vaild I.D. and you’re of age, we will be happy to serve you.

Is my moustache/beard/gray hair a valid I.D.?

Nope. We accept any United States issued, Military, Canadian Province or Passport as valid forms of identification. All I.D.s must be current and have a picture. We cannot accept IDs that say, “Valid without photo”.

 

Are ins and outs allowed once I enter the building?

Yes. Once you get a stamp/wristband, you’re allowed to go out and return, however, if you return intoxicated, you will be asked to leave for the night.

Is there a cab service/public transportation available?

YES! We have almost every cab company’s phone number available for you. If you thought ahead and brought a designated driver with you, let us know and we’ll give them a free non-alcoholic beverage on the house. Please don’t drive intoxicated!

My band is playing tonight, where do we park and what time do I load in?

On the street on Callow Ave. Load in is usually one hour prior to doors, unless otherwise noted. 

What gear do I need to bring?

Bring everything you need to play. This includes guitars, drums, fiddles, horns, etc. We provide a house P.A.

Can I bring fire dancers/pyro techniques for my show?

Nope. Not a chance.

Whew! That was an awesome show! Now, can we crash out on the stage for the night since we're on tour?

We have a great arrangement with the Oyster Bay Inn (1.3 miles from the venue) and if you’re looking for a place to stay while on tour, please contact them with the rate code password to get the homie hookup! I know you guys have a phone, why don't you answer?

You try answering the phone while a band is singing about the impending metal apocalypse with acid rain and what not. We handle all booking/inquiries via e-mail. If you really need to talk, feel free to stop by.
